Terms & Conditions – Please read these terms carefully before using BGD33 Apps

BGD33 Apps (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between BGD33 Apps and its users. They apply whenever you access the service through the website, mobile app, or any other channel.

These Terms and Conditions are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall prevail. Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when opening an account on BGD33 Apps. Registration with false or incomplete details will result in account termination, and any funds in the account may be forfeited.

• Each individual may hold only one account.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate.
• BGD33 Apps may request identity verification at any time using a national ID card or passport.
• If verification fails or incomplete information is provided, transactions on the account may be temporarily suspended.
• It is entirely the member's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.

BGD33 Apps provides services exclusively to adults aged 18 and above. If a minor registers using false information, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will not be refunded.

Additionally, citizens of countries where online gaming is illegal are not permitted to use BGD33 Apps. If BGD33 Apps detects an access attempt from a restricted region, it reserves the right to close the account.

BGD33 Apps supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. All payment transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: 1–24 hours (typically within 3–6 hours)
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit (to prevent money laundering).
• BGD33 Apps does not charge any transfer fees; however, the payment gateway's own charges may apply.

BGD33 Apps offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. By claiming a bonus, you automatically agree to the terms associated with it.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit (up to the specified maximum limit).
• Wagering Requirements: A specified wagering requirement must be met before a bonus balance can be withdrawn (typically 20x–30x the bonus amount).
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set validity period, typically 7–30 days.
• Multiple Bonuses: Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonus Abuse: If a single individual claims bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.

All game outcomes on BGD33 Apps are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. No officer or employee of BGD33 Apps may interfere with the outcome of any game.

• For Sports Betting, final results will be declared only after the match has concluded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• Any objection to a game result must be raised with the support team within 48 hours.
• The decision of BGD33 Apps shall be considered final.

In Sports Betting, if a match is abandoned or suspended before the scheduled time, the bet is generally considered void and the stake is refunded. However, separate rules may apply for in-play betting.

BGD33 Apps believes gaming should be a form of entertainment — it is not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. We encourage all our members to enjoy gaming responsibly.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on your deposits.
• Session Timer: The app will automatically prompt you to take a break after a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request temporary or permanent account closure at any time.
• Reality Check: Easily track your spending and win/loss history at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BGD33 Apps. Any violation will result in permanent account closure:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening more than one account under the same person's name.
• Money Laundering: Using BGD33 Apps as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software to play games or place bets.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to cheat at poker or any other game.
• System Hacking: Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using another person's account: Accessing another user's account without authorization.
• False Information: Providing false information during registration or verification.

BGD33 Apps reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

1. Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
2. If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
3. Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.
4. If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Members may request account closure at any time. Any verified withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed. However, bonus balances are non-refundable.

BGD33 Apps reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms & Conditions will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request account closure.
